The Experian data guarantee
Every Odomint Check carries an Experian data guarantee of up to £10,000 for 12 months from the date of the check.
Whose guarantee it is
The guarantee is Experian's, not Odomint's. It is given by Experian directly to you, on their terms. We are not the underwriter and we do not decide claims.

The terms
What the guarantee covers, and the conditions a claim has to meet, are set out in full by Experian. We deliberately do not summarise them here: any short version would be shorter than the real thing, and understating a guarantee is its own kind of misleading.

The condition that catches people out
The check has to be bought before you buy the vehicle. A check run after money has changed hands does not carry the guarantee, however quickly it follows. If you are looking at a car today, check it today.
If you need to claim
Get in touch at privacy@odomint.com. Every report you have bought is stored against your account, so we can provide the original report as it was produced, with its date and the registration it was run against, which is what a claim needs.
Claims are decided by Experian under the terms above, not by us.
